Contest runs 11/19/12 through 12/7/12
There is no purchase necessary. You must be 18 or older to enter.
Only one entry/registration required to be eligible at any of the participating Carhartt retail locations.
All entries must be completely filled in to be eligible.
All entries must be completed by Thursday December 6, 2012. Winner will be selected by random drawing, verified and announced live on KHQ-TV Morning news 5-7am December 7th.
Winner is responsible for all taxes and/or fees and incidental expenses associated with the prize package. Winner must provide name, address, phone number and social security number along with proper picture ID before the package will be released.
Airfare provided by Alaska Airlines. Certificate will be valid for flight on Alaska Airlines only. Flight will depart at 10:30am on Saturday December 15th and return the same day (Dec 15th) @ 11pm.
Standard baggage fees apply and once ticketed, no changes can be made to flight itinerary. If lost, no certificate will be reissued.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Carhartt and KHQ reserve the right to substitute a prize of like value.
All entries must be completed by Thursday December 6th.
Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or other consideration and prize package is non-transferable.
By accepting this prize, the winner acknowledges that KHQ, Incorporated, and Carhartt will not be held liable for any damage, injury or loss that may be associated with using or accepting this prize package.
Employees of KHQ, Incorporated, Carhartt, and/or families of said corporations are not eligible to enter to win.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to KHQ and Carhartt the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
KHQ and Carhartt reserve the ight to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, and/or KHQ. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
UPICKEM, KHQ and Carhartt are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
KHQ and Carhartt reserve the right to change the rules at any time.
